Yep food again. Since it has taken a higher priority as of late, I have photographed a little series of my latest endeavors. Art is found in everyday activities.. .besides this soup is wonderful. And it occupies my mind some while i have to take a hiates from my painting and drawing.
Food has become art for me as of late. had to revamp my entire way of eating. And you know what happens when you have to focus on something.
It becomes part of your artwork.
But food can be art, right?
Food can be art too, right? I have been playing more in the kitchen than in the studio. But I have to redo my entire way of thinking about food. This is actually healthy! Go figure.
And i came up with it.. Go figure again.
It was so pretty that I had to start taking photos of it.
Turned out pretty nice , don't you think?
Grr on the quality of the photo. So many details are not showing. The only think i did was darken it all around with black and blue paint. the detail is still all there. *sigh*... will try to get a better photo tomorrow. (darn shiney black paint)

Nappy Inspired this peice. His photo. I asked a while back if i could paint it. He said yes *smiles*... Finally feel like attempting it. It.. feels... wonderful!
We all have dreams and aspirations. So I am nude. So what. Can you see past it? I am wishing... but for what?
Self hugs. Self image. Self. I wonder what we see when we look at outselves. What do you see when you look at me?
You only have two of them normally. And well, I know they are strong. Yet at some point you just wish you had a second pair to stand on too. *smiles*
Painted today. Haphazardly but with emotion.
My closest friend as of late. In a purple aura, it helps sooth my soul. Not much energy as of late. *sigh*
