THis piece was never really finished, becuase it is one of those projects that got away from me. I over produced it with too many tracks and have painted myself into a corner. I think I need to turn this over to someone else to sort all the tracks out and complete the piece. It is however, a deeply personal piece for me and explains that nothing really matters in this life, except God , and his touch on my life. It starts out a bit quiet, but gets stronger later (part of the mix problem I was telling you about!)
Got some radio play on this one.
Yes, embarassingly enough, that is me on vocals!
A hot night , a dark room., and some skin. I wrote and recorded this song in March of 08 for a music project I call "The Sternsmen" .It will be included on the CD "Meet the Sternsmen". The song photo is Colors by Cheryl Smith -Clifton
I got tired of hearing people complaining about the state of our existance but were too lazy and decadent to do anything about it. So,I wrote, played all the instruments, sang and recorded this. The video will soon follow.

Every now and then you just have good day. This is one of the songs that I wrote for "The Sternsmen" project..
This is a soul/blues inspired song that I wrote with my friend, and bandmate in The Seed. It's from our debut album (which can be found at http://cdbaby.com/cd/dgdkfhbe by the way). The guitar solo is played by Sol Creech.
Blues original, - inspired by Rick Danko. His bass is used on this track.
