Ovation TV

My education was at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, as well as a pre-college semester at Carnegie-Mellon University. I was in Who's Who of American High School Students and took advanced placement courses in art while in high school, did the art school thing then struck out on my own. I lived and worked as an illustrator for a large nature park near Cancun, while studying wildlife there so much of my art these days is on the tropical side. It was a great experience, the jungle is alive with amazing flora and fauna.

Being a workaholic has helped me to have the patience to do detailed work. I love what I do and it's my world. Along with the two spoiled cats that sit on my desk or on my feet as I work  and the wildlife that comes to my backyard lake. Artist Statement
I paint to feel good, and to bring positivity to others when they see my work. In a world full of problems, it's important to have an escape, an eden. Nature and art are mine. I'm always learning new things, to better my work and myself. It keeps me focused and happy..

My dad, a talented architect and artist. He can draw absolutely anything perfectly.
