Fantasy is the foundation of all reality
Imagist. Visualist. I hesitate at Painter, although acryllic paint is my medium of choice. I have been influenced by classic artists, Wharhol, Max, Dali. Contemporay artists, Roger Dean, Storm Thorgerson, Hugh Syme, but my art has been influenced by musical artists as well, Lou Reed/Velvet Underground, Nine Inch Nails, Pink floyd, Todd Rundgren. I like to challenge peoples notion of what art should be. My wife is always begging me to paint her something "normal" though I try to convince her that fine art does not have to match the furniture.
