Description: ?The Adventures of Pygmy? is my thesis project for my graduate degree at NYU: SCPS CADA. The star of this animated short is a pygmy; actually he?s a digital actor. This digital actor dressed as a pygmy finds himself on a poorly constructed digital set. He complains how conditions like this are beneath him. He is a self-important little man with a Napoleonic complex. This elegant but irritated little man protests to the animator who is represented by only a mouse pointer. The two struggle for dominance. However the tiny Pygmy is no match for the all powerful animator.
