This is actually a portrait of Dave Matthews. The original photograph can be found in the album artwork on the "Some Devil" CD booklet by Dave Matthews. Originally, the photo in the book is B&W with a blue hue given to it, this painting however is full color.

The rain was added in and the sky was made to be much more grey, also the bridge in the background was made to appear blurry to increase the amount of depth in the picture. Pencil lines from the underlying sketch can be seen and some were also added on top in order to add to the appearance of the portrait.
