this is perhaps the first time you will see me on video here on ovation. Yes what you are hearing is me playing the instrument as well no one else. there is a catch however if you can figure it out half way through the end of the video. I wish I could have gotten the effect solid though, but my brothers antics were rather amusing all the same. all I used to do this was photo booth. the video is actually a little unintentional, as I was originally doing this to see if I could mix record two songs one over the other. The experiment failed, but I think this peice as simple as it is is still interesting. as you can hear the sound recording isn't the greatest, but it has proven better then my digital camera, so I think I will use it for now on until I can find a better microphone. mind you, this was just a little experiment of mine, not quite a complete orchestration, there's no sheet music, all of this has been improvisational. I try to record my improvisations when I can just in case I discover some trick or technique worth keeping a note of. I recommend this practice to all musicians.
