Description: Working in both bronze and ceramic and sometime combining the two ..Here you see two Educational Farts in process the original ceramic and the bronze .... notice the bronze is bigger that the clay because I did the clay first and made a mold of it for the bronze before the clay was fired .... and clay shrinks at least 10% from the wet to the cone 6.fire .. the bronze will have different elements from the clay... more delicate ones that would be impossible in the ceramic...Also I have added bronze arms to the ceramic pieces hat...the clay is finished and you can see it in my photos... the bronze is sitting on my studio porch in pieces waiting for me to get around to welding and chasing and patinaing it... meanwhile its developing a lovely patina just from our Arizona monsoon season.
