The manner in which the paintings are illuminated is an integral element in the presentation of the work, resulting in glowing surfaces of color and light. He continues to pursued his interest in color and light with monotypes, small paintings, drawings, assemblages, mixed media and prints.
Brian Wilson explores abstractions as well. His work in mixed media reflects his travels and interaction with the world around him. Rich in texture, Brian's work is a study of emotion and complexity of life.
